WAYS TO USE
Use the pages to support discussion during therapy sessions, introduce an ACT concept, or revisit a practice between appointments. Each exercise includes a reflection prompt that can be explored aloud or in a separate journal.
These are instructional handouts rather than fill-in worksheets; dedicated writing spaces are not included.
PRINT AND USE
Print the pages you need at home or through a print service. Choose one theme at a time and move through the exercises at your own pace.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Custom and personalized orders
At this time you can add your own fonts by editing the template in Canva. Unfortunately we can not accommodate additional font requests. If you are wanting something to match an already designed stationery piece feel free to message us and we can make some suggestions on a font which will be a close match.

The turn around time on a custom edit or design is 1-2 weeks.
How long do I have access to the files?
Once you download the file, it is yours to keep until you delete it.
