🖨️ How to Use
For Therapists & Counselors:
Introduce the worksheet as part of a session focused on impulse control or DBT Stage 1 skills. Walk through the struggle checklist together, then assign the decision table as between-session homework. Use the strategy questions in follow-up to reinforce generalization.
For Individuals:
Work through the checklist first to build self-awareness, then use the decision table the next time a significant choice comes up. Return to the reflection question after you've practiced a few times to track your growth.
